At this time, you will authorize Butter Camera to obtain the public information you registered with the third-party account (including your nickname, avatar, and other information you authorized). We will re-verify and bind your phone number to confirm the authenticity and relevance of the third-party account and meet the real-name system requirements.
  • You can choose whether to log in to Butter Camera using the "One-Click Login" method. If you choose this login method, the operator will process your phone number information. We will use the operator's capabilities to use the phone number in your device as your registration or login account information or for dynamic verification code verification.
  • You can independently set and edit your account information, including your account nickname, avatar, signature, and other introductions to complete your public profile information.

1.2. Publishing and interaction

  • When you publish template information, we will collect the video or picture content you upload, the text you add to the video or picture, and the content title and body you write, and display your nickname, avatar, published content, and information, or recommend related content publishers to you.
  • When you use the function of publishing pictures, audio, or videos, we will request the camera and media (pictures, videos, audio) permissions of your device system. If you refuse to authorize the provision, you will not be able to use the corresponding functions, but it will not affect your normal use of other functions of Butter Camera that do not require the above permissions.
  • When you share information or receive shared information, we will read the password, link, and other content in the clipboard to achieve the jump and sharing of information content.
  • When you follow or share an account, or browse, collect, follow, comment, like, and forward, we will collect your aforementioned information and display the content published by the corresponding content publisher or recommend similar content or content publishers that you may be interested in.
  • The information you choose to publish publicly will be visible to all users in principle. If it involves your personal information or even sensitive personal information, please consider it carefully. If the information you publish publicly involves the personal information of others, you need to obtain their consent before publishing.

  • You can stop our collection of your information at any time by canceling the system authorization for Butter Camera to obtain your camera and storage permissions. After that, you may not be able to use the related services or functions based on the camera and storage permissions, or you may not be able to achieve the effects intended by the related services based on the camera and storage permissions, but it will not affect your normal use of other business functions of Butter Camera that do not require the above permissions.

1.4. Picture or video editing

    Butter Camera provides you with picture or video editing functions.
  • If you use the editing function services, we will request the storage permissions of your device system. After obtaining your authorization, we will collect your photos or videos so that you can store the edited picture or video content.

  • You can stop our collection of your information at any time by canceling the system authorization for Butter Camera to obtain your storage (or album). After that, you may not be able to use the related services or functions, or you may not be able to achieve the effects intended by the related function services, but it will not affect your normal use of other business functions of Butter Camera that do not require the above permissions.

1.5. Intelligent (One-Click) Beauty

    Butter Camera provides you with automatic beauty functions based on facial recognition.
  • If you use the intelligent (one-click) beauty services, we will only collect and process your facial information locally to complete the intelligent (one-click) beauty function or service.

  • Our processing of your facial information is only completed locally and is only used for this function. Unless otherwise clearly stated and with your consent, we will not transmit, store, or share any of your facial feature value information.

1.6. Function operation and customer service processing

Butter Camera will occasionally launch operational activities for new services and functions. If the new service requires the processing of your personal information or the application of device system permissions, and you have not previously authorized it, we will obtain your consent separately. If it involves the processing of sensitive personal information, we will obtain your separate consent.

If you participate in relevant operational activities, we may collect your identity information, contact information, and transaction account information through the operational activity interface to contact you and send you operational rewards, etc. If you do not participate in the relevant operational activities, you do not need to provide the aforementioned information.

If you have questions about the product services we provide, provide feedback, or need customer service to intervene in dispute resolution, in order to verify your identity, locate your problem, and contact you, you may need to provide your contact information (such as QQ, email, phone number) and identity information. When you use innovative advertising interaction functions (such as shake, twist, etc.), we will use the device acceleration sensor to identify and judge your device status to provide you with jump services. When you play voice messages, we will use the distance sensor to detect the distance to determine whether to use the speaker or earpiece for playback. We will only process your sensor data locally and will not associate it with your other personal information. For the contact information you provide during the use of the products and/or services (for example: phone number, email), we may send various types of notifications to one or more of them during operation, for user message notification, identity verification, security verification, user experience research, etc. In addition, we may also send you commercial information and other product or service information that you may be interested in via SMS or phone. We will push hotspot content, interactive messages, followers, operational activities, service progress, asset changes, and deduction notifications through the device's system notifications. 1.9. Operation and security assurance

When you use Butter Camera, in order to ensure your normal use of Butter Camera services, more accurately locate and solve the problems you encounter when using Butter Camera services, improve and optimize the service experience of Butter Camera, protect your account security, prevent, discover, and investigate fraud, security risks, illegal or violations of our agreements, policies, or rules, to protect your, our or our affiliated companies, partners, and the public's legitimate rights and interests, we will collect your device information (including hardware model, operating system version, device configuration, device identifier IMEI, MEID, IMSI, MAC, Android ID, OAID, IDFA, IDFV, SIM card information (such as ICCID), hardware serial number (SN) and other device identifiers), device connection information (for example, browser type, telecom operator, software version number, language used, WiFi information (SSID, BSSID), network status, Bluetooth information, base station, IP address) and device status information (for example, device application installation list, sensor), retrieve running applications, running process information, installed application list, software list, device sensor), log information and other information related to the login environment.

1.10. Information aggregation, personalization recommendation, and automated decision-making

  • Aggregation and Fusion: You agree that we will aggregate, integrate, identify, analyze, profile or further process your personal information in this service through our own or the trustee's technology, and form various types and different granularity of label information that can reflect your behavior habits, interests, hobbies or credit status (hereinafter referred to as "label information"). We will use the label information for automated decision-making in specific scenarios and purposes, and push personalized information and/or commercial marketing information to you.   • Personalized recommendation: We will recommend content that you may be more interested in and more relevant to you based on tag information and your search, browsing, and other usage behavior information in Butter Camera. 1.14. Device permission invocation

In the process of providing services, in order to ensure that you can use the product functions normally, we will apply to the system for the following system device permissions of your device. We will seek your consent before applying. You can choose "Allow" or "Deny" the permission application. After obtaining your authorization, we will enable the relevant permissions. You can cancel the authorization in the system at any time. Your cancellation of authorization will result in your inability to use the relevant business functions, but it will not affect your use of other business functions.

2. How we use cookies and similar technologies

Cookies and anonymous identifier tools. Cookies are a mechanism that supports the server (or script) to store and retrieve information on the client. When you use Butter Camera products or services, we will send one or more cookies or anonymous identifiers to your device. When you interact with Butter Camera services, we allow cookies or anonymous identifiers to be sent to the Miuke Company server. You can clear all cookies saved on your computer. Most web browsers have the function of blocking cookies. But if you do this, you need to change the user settings every time you visit our website, but you may not be able to log in or use the services or functions provided by Miuke Company that rely on cookies because of this modification.

Some of our services will be provided by authorized partners. 3.6 Entrustment processing and joint processing
